Read the poem silently and answer the questions that follow. (କବିତାଟିକୁ ନୀରବରେ ପଠନ କର ଓ ତଳେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରଶ୍ନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।)

1. What is the poem about ?

Ans. The poem is about the sleeping habits of the cats. (କବିତାଟି ବିଲେଇମାନଙ୍କ ଶୋଇବା ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ବିଷୟରେ ଲେଖାଯାଇଛି।)

Ans. 4. Why do cats sleep in many places

Ans. Cats sleep in many places because they don't care anybody. (ବିଲେଇମାନେ ଅନେକ

ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଶୋଇପଡ଼ନ୍ତି କାରଣ ସେମାନେ କାହାରିକୁ ଖାତିର କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।)

5. Does the poet like the cats ? How do you know ?

( କବି ବିଲେଇମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଲ ପାଆନ୍ତି କି ? ତୁମେ କିପରି ଜାଣୁଛି ? )

Ans. Yes, the poet likes cats. We know, ( ହଁ, କବି ବିଲେଇମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଲପାଆନ୍ତି ।)

6. Who is “They” in the last line of the poem ?

(କବିତାରେ ଶେଷ ଧାଡ଼ିରେ ‘ସେମାନେ’ କେଉଁମାନେ ?)

Ans. In the last line of the poem "They' refers to 'cats”, (କବିତାର ଶେଷ ଧାଡ଼ିରେ "ସେମାନେ" ବିଲେଇମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଏ । )

Ans. Cats are very close to people. They keep the cats at home as pet animals and ca of them. (ସେମାନେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅତି ଘନିଷ୍ଠ । ସେମାନେ ଘରେ ବିଜେଜେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୋଷା ପ୍ରାଣୀ ହିସାବରେ ରଖୁ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଯନ୍ ନିଅନ୍ତି।)

8.What work do the cats do for us?

(ବିଲେଇମାନେ କେଉଁ କାମଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଆମ ପାଇଁ କରନ୍ତି ?)

Ans. The cats kill the rats and don’t allow any little animal enter our house. (ବିଲେଇମାନେ ମୂଷାମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ କୌଣସି ଛୋଟ ପମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ ଘରକୁ ଆସିବାକୁ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।)

9.Should we take care of the cats ? How ?

Ans. Yes, we should take care of the cats. We should feed them and make them comfortable. (ହଁ, ଆମେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଯନ୍ ନେବା ଉଚିତ। ଆମେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୁଆଇବା ଓ ଆରାମରେ ରହିବାକୁ ଦେବା ଚଚିତ ।)

10. Do you love cats ? Why ?

Ans. Yes, I love cats because they are innocent animals. They are also cute. (ହଁ, ମୁଁ ବିଲେଇଙ୍କୁ ଭଲ ପାଏ କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ନୀରିହ ପଶୁ। ସେମାନେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ମଧ୍ୟ।)
